If your Private Side account has been denied by Publicly Private and you would like to appeal the decision, you can submit an appeal through our help center. Here are the steps you need to take:
- Visit the Publicly Private website and go to the Help Center section.
- Click on "Submit a Request" and choose "Account Support" as your request type.
- Enter your name and email address associated with the denied account.

Place "Appeal Denied Account" in the subject line.
- In the message box, make your appeal case and explain why you think the decision to deny your account was made in error.
- Attach any relevant documentation that supports your case.
- Click "Submit" to send your appeal request to our support team.
Once submitted, our support team will investigate your appeal and follow up with you via email with a decision within 2-3 business days.
Please note that while we consider all appeals, we cannot guarantee that the decision will be reversed.
