During the review process, we verify that each account belongs to a real person and that the intentions behind the account are aligned with our community guidelines.
If your account is sent to personal review, don't worry; this is a standard practice that helps us maintain a secure platform for everyone. The review process typically takes between 1-3 business days, after which you'll receive an email notification with the status of your account.
If you believe that your account should not have been sent to personal review or if you want to expedite the review process, you can submit a review request through our online form here. Please select "Account Support" as your topic and place "Account Pending Review" as the subject. Fill out remaining required information and submit to a representative.
