- Click on "Submit a Request" and choose "Order Support" as the topic.
- Enter your name and email address associated with the order you wish to update.
- In the subject line, include "Update Shipping Address" followed by your order number.
- In the message box, provide the current shipping address and the new address you wish to update.
- Click "Submit" to send your request to our support team.
Once we receive your request, our team will review it and update the shipping address if the order is still eligible for changes. We will notify you via email once the shipping address has been updated.
Please note that we may not be able to update the shipping address for orders that have already been shipped. In that case, we will work with you to find a solution to receive your order at the correct address.
It's important to note that once an order has been shipped, redirecting a package may result in additional fees, so please double-check the address before submitting your order.
