Publicly Private aims to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. However, we understand that you may change your mind about an order and may need to cancel it. Here are the steps you need to follow to cancel an order:
- Visit the Publicly Private website and navigate to the Help Center.
- Click on "Submit a Request" and choose "Order Support" as your request topic.
- Enter your name and email address associated with the order you wish to cancel.
- In the subject line, include "Cancel Order" followed by your order number.
- In the message box, provide details about the order you want to cancel, including the reason for the cancellation.
- Click "Submit" to send the cancellation request to our support team.
Once we receive your request, our team will review it and check if the order is still eligible for cancellation. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. If the order is eligible, we will begin the cancellation process and notify you of the cancellation.
If the order has already been shipped before you are able to cancel it, please contact our support team who will guide you through the return process.
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled via phone or live chat. If you need to cancel an order after business hours, please send us a message and we will attend to it as soon as possible during working hours.
